The process of making a great printed textile starts with the design. Whether you have your own art or work with ORANJ to create your design from scratch, high-resolution, eye-catching art is essential to make your image stand out.

Next, the art is digitally separated by color, and each color is printed on a piece of clear plastic film. After the image is “burned” onto a screen in the darkroom, the screen is washed out, revealing the design. The screen is then ready for the printing press, where each ink color is separately squeegeed onto the piece. The item is then heat-cured and finally packaged for the customer.
